In India a major portion of the votes which are given is often purchased by the candidates(who have deep pockets filled with money which they gulped in their last term). Majority of the people put votes by keeping their castes in mind and making as goon win elections(from their own cast), rather then choosing a candidate with clean image. Some percentage of Indian voters are really really foolish(according to me) as we can clearly see around 30 percent of criminals representing people, These criminals would never ever be convicted because as they say "supremacy of parliament should be maintained" and they are above the law. This bloody notion that Parliament is above all other institutions(even the constitution) is helping in shielding the criminals/corrupt people who have reached there by hook/crook and muscle power.
The whole bloody system is corrupt, people are sleeping, Political class is doing nothing for country as various initiatives which were good for country like "Hum do hamare do" for controlling population is no more advertised and is informally taken back by the government with the sole reason being that if population is controlled and people start studying till the level when they can understand things good for country then they would root out the present political class, So why hit your own feet with axe. When Politicians follow approach of "Divide and Rule" over people rather then unite them together for the country, Looks like the political class have put country up for sale, everything can be purchased here votes, goons, riots, disharmony, and we are thaught that britishers played "Divide and Rule". I still think that if Britain didn't go bankrupt after second world war then they would have administered us for a longer duration and we would have been technologically ahead by atleast ten years as of now.
I still firmly believe this country needs a revolution against corrupt political class, so that we can maintain the rich history we possesed, rather then saying britishers took it all away, whereas actually it's the political class which is taking it all away from the country and selling the country to foreign hands. I somwtimes wonder about why in USA the party which wins the election and forms government is termed as 'Administration' whereas in India we are 'ruled' by the politicians which we elect. God save this country because if some offcial wants to do right he/she is transferred/suspended (for example Ashok Khemka and Durga nagpal), there would be many others which the media class is not paid for to highlight.
GOD SAVE THIS COUNTRY from going to the gallows!! JAI HIND!!

Let the sleeping dogs lie !
I think it was Oliver Cromwell who said these famous words – may be in a different context , at a different time , in a different country
But right now , in our beloved India , our very own ( not so beloved ? ) political leaders seem to be telling the Supreme Court , the same thing !
Yesterday , Supreme Court dismissed a Central Government appeal to review its earlier ruling , which held ;
“ An elected representative stands disqualified from the date of his conviction in a criminal offence . The mere fact that the convicted politician has appealed against his conviction does not imply that he would continue to hold office “
So , what will the Government do now ?
With solid , unanimous backing from ALL political parties , it will amend the Representation of People Act , to nullify the Court verdict !
Of Course , retrospectively from 15 Aug 1947 !
I am not surprised , given the following statistics compiled by Association for Democratic Reforms :----
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Party ……………% age of MPs/MLAs with criminal charges
----------------------------------------------------------------
BJP………………………. 31
Congress…………….. 22
NCP……………………….30
Shiv Sena……………. 75
RJD…………………………46
JD(U)………………….. 44
SP………………………. 43
Rest …………………….. 32-36
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Not having voted for past 30 years , I have a satisfaction of not having chosen myself , which party will torment / torture / murder me for next 5 years !
But of course , I will vote when I am allowed to cast “ Negative Votes “ !
When will India’s youth rise in revolt ?

Information Technology To Root-Out CORRUPTION
OR
How to remove measurable Corruption
Abstract: - This document basically contends that; ‘most of the economic crimes known as corruption, occurs mainly due to the surreptitious or illicit money transactions. The cash money plays the key role, as it enables the unscrupulous people to make money transactions without leaving any concrete records or proofs so it escape from its public, legal scrutiny. Thankfully now the good news is that the Information Technology (IT) today with its innovative “Electronic (E) Money Transaction” if made mandatory in combination with ‘Biometric Identity’ in all bank accounts can enable the Governments to root-out most economic crimes, as well other crimes. Only if there is a political will to get it done’.
Introduction:
Thanks to the era of Information Technology (IT) that our world galloping in today. With its widespread broadband Internet connections it is ushering a new economic age of E-commerce, E-business. Most important in this regard is its innovative electronic or the E-money (“credit card” its partial form) transaction technology, in which the money payment/receipt in-between any two parties necessarily conducted through a “third party”, a bank or financial institution that provides this most important “financial service” and in the process all its “INFORMATION” gets instantly recorded in the digital data storage of this registered public financial institution. Under which it is impossible for anyone to cheat, deny or hide the true accounts of their money and all its transactions from the public or legal scrutiny when authorized.
Traditional Reason For Hiding CASH Money -- Its Main Drawback:
Traditionally the genuine reason for people to keep their money hidden and not to display its true amounts to the public is to PROTECT it from getting stolen, burgled or looted. Most importantly the fear of getting robbed, or lost while carrying it around for the transaction. Nevertheless from ages the cash money remained indispensable or quintessential for the economy to conduct the value (commodity) exchange or the trade most efficiently. However today this newly emerging innovative IT of Electronic Money Transaction (EMT) can fulfill all the needs of the traditional CASH money transaction far more efficiently. Together with, it would entirely remove all such potential threats or the genuine fears of robbery, stealing, theft, by this revolutionary technological system.
By the way, the main drawback of the traditional cash money transaction is that it is impossible practically to keep and maintain the records, accounts of ALL cash money transactions for its legal, public scrutiny. Its paper and storage cost alone would be so enormous let alone its labour cost and other factors. It is only the IT today with its E-money transaction record keeping digital technology, practically enables us to accomplish it. This document marks its beginning.
